Public Services Administration provides general supervision and guidance to include long-range planning and budgeting services for the City's Parks, Cemetery, Recreation, Swimming Pools, Tennis, Museum, Tourism, Arts & Entertainment and Golf Course Divisions.

The Public Service Department provides staff support to five advisory boards made up of citizens appointed by the City Commission to advise staff on the services, programming, budget, and policies of the sub-departments.

Should a citizen wish to present a concern or request to any of these boards, please contact the Public Services office no later than on week prior to the scheduled meeting date.  Board meetings are held at the Parks and Recreation office, 900 Fair Park Boulevard on the following schedule:
