SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD
Police Services
Salary: $5.15 p/hr

JOB SUMMARY:
This part-time position is responsible for crossing school children at selected school crossing locations in the City.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Physically able to assist groups of children across school crossing locations.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Moderate physical activity such as people who work indoors and in warehouse type jobs. On feet most of the time. Involves bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, working on irregular surfaces and occasionally lifting objects weighing 25 to 50 pounds.


BENEFITS:
Part-time employees are covered under the City's worker's compensation program.
