That this Municipal Annexation
Plan identifies the following tracts of land that may be
annexed beginning on the third anniversary of the date this Resolution is passed:
TRACT 1: Las Palmas/Country Club Estates parcel including the
remainder tract of Block 1, all of Blocks 2 and 13, and 1.0 acre tract of land out of the
northeast corner of Block 14 of Harlingen Land & Water Co. Subdivision "C",
the east ½ of the west ½ of Stuart Place Survey 299; remainder tract of the east ½ of
Stuart Place Survey 299 north of the projected line at Kroeger Road; all of V.W.
Subdivision; all of Country Club Estates Subdivision; all of Myerwood Subdivision #1; all
